The Role
* Leading and managing the Design & Technology department across KS3, KS4, and KS5

* Managing workshops, resources, and health & safety compliance
* Contributing to whole-school leadership and enrichment initiatives
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification
* A degree in Design & Technology or a closely related subject
* Proven experience teaching DT at secondary level
* Previous leadership experience within a DT department
* A strong track record of raising standards and improving outcomes
* Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills
