Location: Westbury near Brackley
Pay: £18.00 p/h or £20.17 p/h paye rolled up
Hours: Monday to Friday 10:30-18:30
Start Date: ASAP
Long term ongoing work
Must Have Own Transport due to location.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Assist the Head Chef in kitchen operations and food preparation
2. Ensure high-quality food production and presentation standards
3. Maintain stock levels and assist with ordering ingredients
4. Adhere to food hygiene and safety regulations at all times
5. Support the smooth running of kitchen services, including shift supervision
6. Train and mentor junior kitchen staff as needed
Requirements:
1. Current Valid Enhanced DBS
2. Previous experience as a Sous Chef or similar role
3. Food Hygiene Level 2 Certificate
4. Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
5. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
6. A passion for food and attention to detail
7. Must have own transport due to location
