Liaising with other members of the IT team, third-party providers, and other users to resolve problems. Identifying and suggesting improvements based on feedback from users Time management of requests to ensure SLAs are being met Working closely with and supporting the IT team as required, as part of projects and improvements Providing support across our manufacturing operations, including the shop floor and warehouse, where needed Undertaking duties in accordance with all relevant management systems and controls Skills and experience: Attention to detail and ability to prioritise Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop relationships Experience working with Active Directory and Group Policy, Exchange, and Windows server Basic networking knowledge Experience with Remote Monitoring, Management tools and with Android devices Ability to work to deadlines and SLAs Please Note: We do not contact or write to unsuccessful candidates.
