Key Responsibilities:
*
Deliver engaging Design & Technology lessons with a focus on Engineering to KS3 and/or KS4 pupils
*
Follow pre-set lesson plans and adhere to school policies
*
Support pupils in developing practical and technical skills
*
Create a safe and well-organised learning environment, particularly in workshop settings
*
Promote creativity, problem-solving and innovation in line with curriculum objectives
*
Manage classroom behaviour and address individual learning needs
What You’ll Need:
*
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
*
Experience teaching Design & Technology (ideally with Engineering) in a UK secondary school
*
A valid enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
*
EWC registration (or willingness to register)
*
Strong communication, classroom management, and organisational skills
*
A passion for STEM education and hands-on learning
