The Role:
* Provide overarching leadership throughout all project phases, from inception to handover, ensuring alignment with client goals and project objectives
* Own and drive the project timeline, utilising advanced project management techniques to ensure timely and on-budget delivery
* Develop and implement comprehensive project execution plans (PEPs), encompassing all aspects of project delivery
* Manage the project team and lead performance evaluations of all project participants
* Mentor and develop junior team members to foster a culture of excellence
* Identify stakeholders; establish their needs and expectations; and plan and implement strategies to meet their needs
* Take charge of the financial health of the project by managing budgets, payment applications, and providing strategic recommendations to the Client in terms of value for money
* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, representing their interests with the Professional Team and Contractors
About you:
* You will have already managed medium to large-scale construction projects from conception through to completion
* Strong leadership skills with experience in guiding and mentoring junior project managers and teams
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
* Strong contract knowledge & financial acumen
* Degrees Project Management, Construction Management or Engineering subjects are preferable, but we’d also like to hear from you if you are qualified by experience.
* You may already have experience in the Data Centre/Mission Critical sector, but we are also keen to speak to Project Managers in other sectors such as Energy, Oil & Gas, Offshore and Maritime.
