CMS Surveyors Ltd is a long-term full member of the Association of Technical Monitoring Agents (ATMA). We provide independent Technical Monitoring and Quality Assurance inspections for installers working under the various UK Government Energy Efficiency schemes. With a reputation for accuracy, professionalism, and integrity, we are now looking to expand our team with a dedicated Technical Monitoring Compliance Officer.
The Role
As a Technical Monitoring Compliance Officer, you will play a critical role in safeguarding quality and compliance across our inspection processes. Your responsibilities will include:
* Reviewing and verifying the accuracy of Technical Monitoring Agent inspection reports
* Assessing and resolving challenges to non-compliant reports
* Conducting live video mid-install inspections, ensuring compliance at key installation stages
* Supporting the wider team by providing clear, consistent feedback and guidance
About You
The ideal candidate will bring technical knowledge, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to upholding compliance standards. We're looking for someone with:
* Proven experience of mid- and post-install inspections, either within a Technical Monitoring organisation or from a construction/installation background
* A strong understanding of quality assurance principles and compliance requirements
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical staff and installers
* A proactive, self-motivated approach, with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
