Job Summary
We are seeking a Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have chef/cooking and preparation Experience, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.
Responsibilities
* Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards for breakfast.
* Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness in the kitchen at all times.
* Assist the kitchen team with kitchen duties as needed.
* Ensure you carry out good food preparation techniques, safety protocols, and kitchen procedures.
Experience
* Proven experience as a Breakfast Chef /cook or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
* Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food preparation, and kitchen management.
* Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in the kitchen environment.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* A passion for cooking is highly desirable.
