The role operates on adouble days shift pattern (6am2pm / 2pm10pm)withone week of nights every five weeks.
The night shift week consists offour x 8-hour shifts, providing a balanced and manageable rotation.
The Role You will be responsible for supporting the site through a mixture ofreactive maintenance, planned preventative maintenance and continuous improvement activity.
Working closely with production teams, you will play a key role in ensuring machinery uptime and driving reliability across the facility.
Typical responsibilities include: Electrical and mechanical fault finding on manufacturing equipment Supporting PPM schedules and planned engineering work Diagnosing faults on motors, sensors, drives, relays and control systems Working with production teams to minimise downtime and improve performance Supporting continuous improvement and reliability initiatives across the site What Were Looking For Were keen to speak with engineers who have experience withinmanufacturing or production environments, ideally with a strong electrical skillset.
You will ideally have: Experience fault finding onthree-phase electrical systems Strong problem-solving ability within afast-paced manufacturing environment A proactive attitude towards maintenance and reliability Electrical qualifications such asNVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds / HNC or equivalentwould be advantageous. xxuwjjq
