What will you be doing as a Third Party Claims Handler :
Working as part of an established team you will be dealing with all aspects of Third-Party Vehicle Claims. Duties will include:
1. Managing a varied caseload of claims via telephone and written correspondence
2. Effectively prioritising and managing your own claims portfolio (to final settlement if experienced
3. Acting as point of contact for Policyholders and Brokers
4. Identifying and referring fraudulent activity
5. Liaising with solicitors, insurers and accident management companies
6. Liaising with different departments to establish liability
7. Handling complex files such as liability and high value cases

8. Previous experience in a similar Claims Handler role with handling 3rd party claims
9. Either hold a CII Certificate or willing to work towards this
10. Excellent attention to detail
11. Strong customer care skills with active listening skills
12. General Excel skills
