Our client is looking for a hands-on Office Manager to be at the heart of their busy office, supporting directors, leading the team, and ensuring operational excellence every day.
This is more than just an administrative role – you’ll be managing office operations, coordinating staff, maintaining compliance, and keeping the team on track, all while liaising with customers and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Leading and coordinating day-to-day office operations and the team
2. Maintaining HR records and keeping staff procedures up to date
3. Ensuring health & safety compliance
4. Organising staff training
5. Managing diaries, arranging meetings, and taking minutes
6. Liaising with suppliers, customers, and subcontractors to keep everything running smoothly
Skills & Experience:
7. Proven experience in office management and team leadership
8. Strong organisational, administrative, and communication skills
9. Confident using MS Office; Sage experience advantageous
10. Knowledge of HR procedures and health & safety compliance
