Customer Service Coordinator role at SugarFin Public Relations & Marketing Solutions. Location: Peterborough (Office-Based). Salary: £28,000.

Our client is a dynamic and growing company looking for a customer service coordinator to play a pivotal role in our clients Business Development department. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact by developing new strategies, managing key client relationships, and supporting projects from conception to completion.
Responsibilities
* Accurately preparing and following up on client quotations and documentation within expected timeframes.
* Preparing detailed costings in Excel to support the company's quotation process.
* Providing outstanding pre-sales and post-sales support to customers.
* Assisting the Projects team with procurement, product sourcing, and essential documentation.
* Ensuring project completion is followed up with customer satisfaction calls and feedback.
* Managing the review and renewal of client maintenance contracts.
* Attending and contributing to sales pipeline meetings, client meetings, and demonstrations.
* Tracking all new business enquiries and leads into the business.
What We’re Looking For
* Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
* A proactive and driven self-starter, able to take ownership of tasks through to completion.
* An excellent communicator, able to build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams at all levels.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel for preparing costings and analysing data.
* Experience in a client-facing, sales, or project support role.
