Executive Assistant to Managing Partner

Robert Half has partnered up with a high-impact investment firm based in London, looking for a proactive and highly organised Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This is a hands-on role that touches on diary management, travel logistics, investor relations, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
Diary & Meeting Management
* Manage the Managing Partner’s calendar, coordinating meetings, travel, and internal touchpoints
* Ensure entries are detailed with addresses, time zones, attendee lists, agendas, and arrival notes
* Schedule regular internal syncs with key teams to maintain clear communication
* Organise board meetings with portfolio companies, liaising with executives and assistants
* Support planning of roadshows and conferences using CRM insights
Inbox & Communication Support
* Monitor and triage inbox activity, flagging priorities and handling logistics-driven emails directly
* Ensure urgent matters are communicated to internal teams promptly
* Maintain regular communication with investors, including family offices and HNWIs
Travel Coordination
* Coordinate travel logistics with internal and external stakeholders to optimise cost and comfort
* Prepare detailed itineraries and ensure all documentation (e.g., visas, bookings) is up to date
* Maintain strong relationships with service providers and ensure alignment with corporate travel policies
* Track and manage expenses and liaise with Accounts for correct allocations
General Support
* Assist with board material prep and take minutes as needed
* Ensure CRM records are current and comprehensive
* Handle all credit card expenses and receipt management efficiently

* Strong logistical acumen; previous experience in a fast-moving environment preferred
* Highly proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a keen eye for detail
* Polished communication skills and high discretion
* Comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders and high-net-worth individuals
Your Background:
* A Level or equivalent education required; degree is advantageous
* Proficient in Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite
* Previous experience in a support role with diary and travel management
