Your Role:
* You will be ensuring compliance with the management system, including all lifecycle project, procurement and finance procedures
* You will be delivering projects in a timely and cost‑effective manner with minimal disruption
* You will be preparing and maintaining the Construction Phase Plan
* You will be reviewing and approving subcontractor RAMS using the approval process
* You will be managing day‑to‑day site operations and subcontractor supervision
* You will be coordinating with planning, controlling project finances, and ensuring adherence to safety regulations
What We're Looking For:
* Qualifications: You will have an industry‑recognised qualification in engineering, building or facilities management, supported by a Level 4 qualification and a valid driving licence.
* Experience: You will have significant experience in building, civil, mechanical and electrical or facilities management roles, with proven capability in managing projects, delivering them within budget, and understanding building regulations and CDM requirements.
* Skills: You will have excellent written communication and presentation skills, strong IT proficiency, the ability to work independently or collaboratively, and the capability to manage staff effectively.
Desirable:
* Experience working in a military environment
* Knowledge of IFS systems
* Experience delivering multi‑funded or multi‑trade projects
