The Role As General Manager, you will be fully responsible for:
End-to-end performance of the restaurant
Driving revenue, profitability and cost controls
Leading, developing and retaining a high-performing management team

Embedding strong culture, training and development systems
Full P&L ownership including labour, GP and cashflow
Ensuring full compliance with health, safety and legal standards
