Location: Ashgate Primary School
Hours: 08:30 – 12:15pm, 5 mornings = 18hrs 45mins a week
Contract type: Temporary for 1 year to start from September 2026
Ashgate Primary School is looking to employ two Learning Support Assistant (Teaching Assistants) to provide additional high-quality support for pupils and teachers.
The successful candidate will support children predominantly in Key Stage 2, although it should be noted that LSAs are expected to work across all age phases according to need.

The school is located on the outskirts of Derby City and has good transport links within the city and beyond. In recent years the school has had extensive renovations to its Victorian structure and has extensive outdoor grounds to support learning.
The position is available from September 2026.
