The practice is fully equipped with in-house lab facilities, digital x-ray, ultrasound, and multiparameter monitoring. A visiting surgery certificate holder supports with orthopaedics and more advanced procedures, allowing the team to handle a wide variety of cases.
The Role:
Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon - 3 to 4 days per week (9am-7pm)1 in 4 weekend rota, no out-of-hours or late nightsVaried caseload including soft tissue, emergency, and routine surgeryClinical freedom to manage cases your way, with peer support when neededOpportunity for progression into a Senior or Clinical Lead position
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 3-4 years' experience in UK small animal practiceConfident in consultations, general surgery, and case managementA strong communicator who thrives in a team environmentInterest in developing clinical or leadership skills further
