We help our end customers use many services across an array of complexities as easily as possible. To continue growing, we are expanding the company’s platform and seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer.
What we offer:
• Salary up to £65,000 + up to 10% bonus
• Hybrid Model (2-day onsite in Manchester office)
Role:
· Take ownership of UX design projects from concept to implementation, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
· Facilitate design workshops and brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
· Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to gain insights into user behaviours and preferences.
· Develop user personas, user flows, and journey maps to inform design decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.
· Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive designs for mobile apps, ensuring usability and accessibility standards are met.
· Provide mentorship and guidance to junior UX designers, fostering their professional development and growth.
Qualifications:
* 3+ years of experience as a UX Designer, preferably within a digital organisation.
* Strong understanding of user research methodologies and experience conducting user research.
* Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
* Solid understanding of the end-to-end design process, including wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity design.
* A portfolio demonstrating strong design skills and user-centred design solutions.
