Office Manager | Law Firm | Leeds & Harrogate£25000-£35000 DOE We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Manager to join our growing full-service law firm. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced legal environment and playing a key role in the smooth running of a professional office.Location: Leeds (4 days per week) Harrogate (1 day per week) This is a fully office-based role.The Role As Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our offices, ensuring that everything runs efficiently and professionally. You will support the wider team, manage administrative processes, and help create a productive and welcoming working environment.Key Responsibilities

* Managing the day-to-day operations of the Leeds and Harrogate offices
* Supervising administrative and support staff where applicable
* Coordinating office facilities, supplies, and service providers
* Supporting partners and fee earners with operational and administrative needs
* Managing office systems, processes, and internal procedures
* Assisting with HR administration, onboarding, and staff coordination
* Ensuring compliance with firm policies and regulatory requirements
* Acting as a key point of contact for office-related matters

About You

* Previous experience in an Office Manager, Practice Manager, or similar operational role
* Experience within a law firm or professional services environment is highly desirable
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently
* Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a busy office environment
