We are a busy, fast-paced community pharmacy that also provides care home services. Our well-established pharmacy team currently includes a pharmacy technician, seven dispensers, trainee dispensers, and healthcare colleagues. We pride ourselves on serving our regular patients and going the extra mile to meet their needs. We provide essential services such as the contraceptive service, flu clinic, hypertension monitoring, ABPM, Pharmacy First, minor ailments support, and NMS (New Medicines Service). With the growing demand for our services and the commitment to providing excellent care to our community.
What you'll be doing
* Delivering NHS, locally commissioned, and private services using both in-store and digital tools
* Leading professional and legal standards for patient safety and pharmacy compliance
* Monitoring, evaluating, and continually improving standards of care and safetyWorking with the Store Manager to develop the capability of the wider healthcare team
* Growing talent that reflects the communities we serve; coaching, mentoring and supporting your colleagues every step of the way
* Representing Boots within the local community and with healthcare professionals
* Registered with the relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, PSI)
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Experience leading patient and customer care within a pharmacy setting
* Passion for delivering essential, advanced, and private services
* A collaborative, team-first mindset and an eagerness to coach and guide others
It would be great if you also have
* Experience in enhanced services
* A strong understanding of local clinical networks
