About you
You are a Project Manager who thrives in a fast paced environment and enjoys being involved in every stage of a project. You are organised, adaptable and comfortable managing multiple projects at once, keeping everything moving and on track while balancing changing priorities.
You are someone who enjoys working closely with different teams and taking a hands on approach to delivery. In a smaller business environment, you are happy to roll your sleeves up and get involved wherever needed, contributing across departments to ensure projects are delivered successfully.
You are also open to travel and enjoy the variety that comes with working on both UK and international projects.
Your experience
You have experience managing projects within exhibitions, events or a related environment and understand the pace and complexity of delivering work to tight deadlines. You are confident coordinating multiple moving parts and working with a range of stakeholders.
You are used to managing timelines, budgets and expectations while keeping projects organised and running smoothly. You are comfortable spinning multiple plates at once and maintaining attention to detail throughout.
What you will be doing with your experience in this role
You will manage exhibition projects from initial brief through to delivery, ensuring everything runs smoothly and to deadline. You will coordinate across internal teams including design, production and installation, keeping communication clear and projects on track.
You will manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities and adapting as requirements evolve. You will also be involved in the delivery phase, including travel to site both within the UK and internationally, ensuring projects are executed to a high standard.
You will play a key role in problem solving, maintaining organisation across projects and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
