A performance-related quarterly bonus, paid monthly, allowing you to earn approximately an additional £400-£600 per month.

Focus on listening to ensure the best outcomes for customers while meeting KPI’s and quality standards.
Role responsibilities include:
* Supporting your training with our dedicated team during your 5-week induction.
* Transitioning into a structured role with your team and leader.
* Handling inbound and outbound calls.
* Providing exceptional customer service over the phone.
* Managing difficult conversations with empathy and support for vulnerable customers.
* Achieving call KPIs and quality standards.
* Developing tailored repayment plans to assist customers in debt management.
* Engaging customers to promote financial stability.
You will spend the first five weeks training in the office, Monday to Friday. Afterward, your weekly shift pattern (40 hours/week) will be:
* Week 1: 8am - 4:15pm, Monday to Friday
* Week 2: 12pm - 8pm, Monday to Friday
* Every 1 in 3 Saturdays: 9am - 1pm
