Key Responsibilities:
Handle all incoming customer service queries and business enquiries with professionalism and efficiency
Process customer orders accurately using SAP and other business systems
Oversee the order process from receipt through to delivery and invoicing
Manage customer returns, credits, and disputes in a timely and solution-focused manner
Provide informed support about our products and services
Maintain strong relationships with customers and third-party logistics partners
Collaborate with internal teams, including Finance, Compliance, and Planning, to resolve issues swiftly
Monitor and manage customer back orders in SAP
Produce and manage daily, weekly, and monthly reports
Raise and follow up on incident reports for non-conformances or delivery issues
Support internal and external meetings and contribute to administrative projects
