Job Description
3. Prepare accurate monthly management accounts, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow forecasts.
4. Monitor and analyse financial performance, identifying trends and variances to provide actionable insights.
5. Support budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure alignment with business objectives.
6. Collaborate with department heads to review and control expenditure.
7. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
8. Assist with year-end audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
9. Work closely with the wider finance team to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
10. Provide ad hoc financial reporting and analysis as required by senior management.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Management Accountant should have:
