Job Purpose
We are looking for a Group Total Rewards Lead Specialist to support the development, implementation, and administration of global rewards programs. The role focuses on ensuring fair, competitive, and market-aligned compensation and benefits structures to support business goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement global compensation and benefits initiatives.
* Support HR and business leaders on pay-related matters.
* Conduct market analysis to maintain competitive pay structures.
* Contribute to the preparation of the company's annual remuneration report.
* Maintain and support governance of the job architecture and pay structures.
Required Education
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Required Skills And Experience
* 5-8 years of experience in compensation and benefits, ideally in an international environment.
* Experience in Long-Term Incentive (LTI) plan administration is a plus.
* People management experience is a plus.
* Familiarity with market pricing, job evaluation, and job architecture frameworks.
* Proficiency with HRIS systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors) and data analysis tools (Excel, etc.).
* Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
* Experience with job classification systems and pay governance
* Strong reporting and data visualization skills
Required Behaviours And Competencies
* Attention to detail and strong accuracy in data handling.
* Effective communication and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaborate within a global team.
* Problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage confidential information.
Required Languages
Fluent English is required. Italian is a plus.
