As a global leader of our Corporate Secretarial (CoSec) offering, you will be working with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver award‑winning services for complex fund & SPV structures.
Responsibilities
* Lead the global strategic direction, development, and execution of Citco's Corporate Secretarial services, driving the implementation of the Future Target Operating Model.
* Drive digitisation initiatives and integration across business lines while maintaining CoSec independence.
* Oversee operational architecture development and technological advancement, ensuring global consistency in service delivery.
* Lead high‑level client pitches, negotiations, and contract management, building strategic relationships with key clients.
* Assume overall P&L responsibility for the global CoSec business, monitoring cost/revenue metrics and driving operational efficiency improvements.
* Build and lead high‑performing global teams through organisational transformation and change‑management initiatives.
Qualifications
* 15+ years of relevant experience in corporate services with significant leadership experience.
* Advanced degree in law, business or finance, and/or professional qualifications in Corporate Secretarial practice.
* Deep understanding of corporate governance and regulatory frameworks and comprehensive alternative asset structures knowledge.
* Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking and proven expertise in business process optimisation and change management.
* Excellence in stakeholder management and relationship building; advanced analytical and problem‑solving skills.
