About the Role
Waiter/Waitress – Hotel Du Vin, Bristol.
Salary: £14.30 per hour (including transport cost) | Hours: 20 per week | Location: Bristol City Centre.
We are a boutique hotel in the former Sugar House, offering a 53-seater Bistro & Bar with four private event spaces.
Responsibilities
* Face of the restaurant, ensuring a smooth dining experience for guests.
* Control the flow of service, coordinating with kitchen and management.
* Work shifts across 7 days a week, with flexibility during evenings and weekends.
* Assist in training new staff and support internal development for future F&B management roles.
Qualifications
* Experience in hospitality or a similar role preferred.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
