I am currently working with a housing provider in the Midlands, who are looking to appoint an Interim Operations Manager (Repairs & Voids) to support their property services team.
The role will take ownership of the day-to-day delivery of responsive repairs and voids, working closely with existing managers and contractors to improve turnaround times, performance, and customer satisfaction. They’re looking for someone with strong operational leadership experience in repairs and voids who can quickly step in, stabilise services, and drive performance with minimal supervision.
Location: Midlands
Hybrid: 2-3 days per week in office, remainder from home
Contract: Interim
Length: 3-6 months (with a strong likelihood of extension)
Day rate: £500
