A leading manufacturing business is seeking an experienced Electrical Bias Maintenance Engineer to join their established engineering team at a high-volume production facility in the County Durham area.

Key Responsibilities
Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across manufacturing machinery and site equipment
Fault finding on electrical systems including PLCs, drives, sensors, motors, and control panels
Supporting continuous improvement and reliability projects
Minimising downtime and ensuring production targets are maintained
Working collaboratively with production and engineering teams to improve machine performance
Maintaining accurate maintenance records and ensuring compliance with health & safety procedures
Requirements
Apprentice trained or formally qualified in Electrical Engineering
Previous experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment
Strong electrical fault-finding and diagnostic skills
Knowledge of PLC systems and automated machinery
Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced production environment
Multi-skilled experience would be advantageous
