A global healthcare leader is seeking an Immunology Territory Business Manager (TBM) to join their mission of uniting caring with discovery to make life better for people everywhere. East Anglia OR Southwest England & Wales. This is a 12 month contract.
💡 Role Purpose The TBM will manage key accounts within their territory, leading local account planning across priority hospital accounts and the ICS structure. Using customer and system insights, they will develop and execute strategies that maximize business potential from launch, aligned with overall brand objectives.
📌 Key Responsibilities
* Define, prepare, and implement a territory business plan based on NHS and customer priorities
* Achieve/exceed sales and new patient start targets through face-to-face and digital engagement
* Build deep expertise in the therapeutic area and competitor products
* Support HCPs in developing capabilities and building lasting relationships
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional colleagues to drive optimum business outcomes
* Uphold integrity and compliance at all times

* Proven track record in identifying and converting opportunities into growth
* Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to build and manage relationships across diverse stakeholders
* Full UK driving license
