Location: Hillingdon Role: Art Teacher (Full-Time, Permanent)
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and challenging Art lessons across Key Stages 3-4, encouraging a wide range of artistic exploration.
* Inspire students to develop their skills in various artistic disciplines, fostering individual expression and creativity.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practice and enhance the Art curriculum, promoting diverse artistic pathways.
* Contribute to the assessment and monitoring of student progress in Art, valuing individual artistic journeys.
* Potentially lead extracurricular Art clubs or contribute to school art exhibitions, celebrating student creativity.

Qualifications & Experience:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Degree in Art, Fine Art, or a related field.
* Proven experience teaching Art at secondary level (ECTs welcome to apply) with a focus on encouraging student expression.
* Strong subject knowledge in both traditional and contemporary art media, with an understanding of diverse artistic approaches.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire creativity and expression in art.
* A collaborative mindset and a willingness to contribute to a creative school art community, valuing individual artistic voices.
