Are you an organized, proactive, and people-focused professional looking for a role in recruitment? We are seeking a Recruitment Administrator to join our Recruitment Team and play a key role in ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support throughout the recruitment life-cycle
* Schedule interviews, liaise with candidates and hiring managers
* Post job adverts on various platforms and ensure accuracy and consistency
* Track applications and maintain candidate databases
* Prepare and collate on-boarding documents
* Ensure compliance with data protection and recruitment policies
* Support ad hoc recruitment projects and reporting as required
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience of working in an office (essential)
* Previous experience in a recruitment or HR administration role (desirable but not essential)
* Previous experience in a nursery or Health & Social Care setting (desirable but not essential)
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
* A proactive and flexible approach to work

You’ll be joining a small collaborative team, working for a recruitment business that specialises in the recruitment and placement of Nursery, Childcare and Health & Social Care staff.
