Essential Criteria
* Minimum 3 years’ experience working in a Spa environment.
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in a supervisory or management role.
* Strong leadership and organisational skills.
* A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Desirable Criteria
* Experience working within a 4/5* environment.
* A recognised Therapist Qualification.
* Experience supporting team training and development.
