The Basics

Managing a portfolio of residential developments across London and the Home Counties, ensuring excellent service delivery to Freeholders and Leaseholders while maintaining strong client relationships.
The Responsibilities
* Manage your own portfolio of residential developments.
* Build and maintain relationships with Freeholders, Leaseholders, contractors, and clients.
* Liaise with the in-house accounts team regarding service charge and accounting matters.
* Work closely with your dedicated assistant to ensure client enquiries are handled efficiently.
* Conduct site inspections and attend client meetings as required.
* Manage maintenance issues and major works projects.
* Ensure compliance with lease obligations and relevant legislation.
* Prepare and manage budgets for developments within your portfolio.
* Oversee contractors and service providers.
* Deliver a consistently high level of customer service.
The Skills & Requirements
* TPI or IRPM qualified (or working towards qualification).
* Proven experience in residential block/property management.
* Strong communication and relationship management skills.
* Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
* Proactive and service-focused approach.
* Ability to work independently and manage a portfolio effectively.
* Full UK Driving Licence preferred.
