Here, you'll achieve results by:
* Guiding location market strategy across EMEA, integrating customer insight, commercial potential, and operational realities to maintain a dynamic view of regional growth.
* Driving portfolio reviews and tailored strategic analyses, applying location economics and financial modelling to guide investment decisions aligned with global priorities.
* Partnering directly with licensees to influence local plans, share customer insights, and build planning tools that flex to local needs and work reliably across markets.
* Enhancing planning and reporting systems, including location strategy models and spatial analytics, with a focus on scalability, and cross-market impact.
* Shaping data strategy through thought leadership in mobility, forecasting, and decision-support innovation to deepen customer and business understanding.
* Advising leaders through complex decisions with clear, data-led storytelling, while growing a team that leads with curiosity, care, and accountability.
Here, you'll contribute to our shared success by:
* Acting like an Owner - Embracing ambiguity with resilience and strategic rigour.
* Collaborating inclusively across cultures and geographies.
* Engaging confidently in complex conversations with senior leadership.
* Demonstrating leadership behaviors aligned with Starbucks values.
* Supporting a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Here, you'll thrive with:

* Demonstrated business and financial acumen, preferably in a real estate context.
* Fluency in applied analytics, including GIS, statistical and financial modelling.
* A strong eye for compelling data visualization and data storytelling that changes minds.
