The Manufacturing Readiness & Technologies Team is a part of the RMR Engineering Department and consists of a team of Manufacturing Engineers, responsible for development and implementation of new innovative manufacturing technologies. Reporting to the Manufacturing Readiness & Technologies Leader, the Lead Manufacturing Readiness Engineer is a key part of driving lean initiatives across the Manufacturing Readiness Team and the various manufacturing process areas to realise real world improvements in safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
