Whether you’re already working in education and looking for your next role, or if you’re working in industry and looking to change your career path, we have an exciting opportunity for a part-time Lecturer to join our Art curriculum team in readiness for the start of the 2025/26 academic year.

Our Art department is a dynamic environment where creativity thrives, and collaboration is key. As a Lecturer in Art, you’ll have the chance to inspire the next generation of visual artists in a supportive environment, with access to fantastic facilities and resources that help bring ideas to life.

As part of our curriculum team, you’ll design and deliver engaging lessons across various qualification levels, encouraging students to achieve their best and reach their full potential. The successful candidate will be collaborative, a great communicator, confident managing deadlines while maintaining high-quality teaching standards and is driven by making a positive impact on our students learning journey, if this sounds like you please read on!

The Role:

Where you’ll work:This role is based at our Dartford campus.

Your hours: 22.2 hours per week, 52 weeks per annum (0.6 FTE).

Your pay: £20,531.40 to £25,260 pro rata per annum (£34,219 to £42,100 per annum full time equivalent) dependent on qualifications and experience.
