The role is with COOLSPIRiT, the UK's largest Commvault Solution Provider Partner. We are a leader in data management and business-critical infrastructure solutions for over 25 years. The Sales Account Manager Opportunity

What Your Day Looks Like

* Strengthen Client Relationships: Be the go-to champion for our clients. Manage contract renewals, align pricing, and proactively tackle churn risks.
* Drive Upselling & Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to expand product use, introduce new services, and deliver impactful proposals.
* Be the Relationship Architect: Own client relationships, resolve issues swiftly, lead business reviews, and align with client goals.
* Turn Leads into Wins: Collaborate with Sales Development to transition qualified leads, conduct discovery, and close deals.
* Strategise for Success: Craft account plans, maintain pipelines, forecast accurately, and keep CRM up to date.
* Hit (and Crush) Your Targets: Consistently exceed quotas through drive and determination.
* Inspire Advocacy & Referrals: Create exceptional experiences that drive testimonials and referrals.
* Stay One Step Ahead: Monitor market and competitor moves; share insights to shape product and strategy.
* Ensure Accuracy & Compliance: Maintain accurate billing, documentation, and adherence to company policies.
