Linking young people with community partners, opportunities and resources that open new doors. Embedding trauma-informed and strength-based approaches in everything we do.
About The Candidate What were looking for You dont just manage
you inspire. Youre the kind of person who brings energy into the room, who listens deeply, and who isnt afraid to think creatively when challenges come up. Youll likely have experience of supporting young people or those affected by homelessness and trauma. Youll understand that resilience and empathy go hand in hand. Most importantly, youll believe in people
even when theyre struggling to believe in themselves.
