Base pay range
Home Manager – Children’s Residential Homes
Salary: £34,986 per year (£16.82/hr)
Location: West Berkshire
The role
* Lead and support staff teams across the home
* Safeguard and promote the wellbeing of young people
* Deputise for the Registered Manager, including Ofsted inspections
* Oversee staff rotas, supervisions, and training
* Build strong relationships with families and professionals
* Take part in the on-call rota and provide confident leadership
About you
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership (or working towards)
* Experience in children’s residential care
* Strong management and leadership skills
* Knowledge of child development & learning disabilities
* A full UK driving licence and access to a car
