We are Eden Futures, delivering support services for individuals aged 18 and over with learning disabilities, autism, mental health issues, and complex needs.
We are recruiting Support Workers for our Supported Living Services, supporting individuals in their homes and community to promote independence.
*Roles are paid at an hourly rate of £12.21, approximately £26,472 annually based on a 42-hour week. This is a full-time, contracted position. Salary is illustrative; NLW applies and is pro-rated based on hours worked.*
We offer flexible working hours/shifts to accommodate your commitments.
Successful candidates require an Enhanced DBS check before starting. New team members will undergo comprehensive induction, including face-to-face training, e-learning, and shadowing.
Support for new carers includes assistance with completing a Care Certificate and obtaining a Level 2 qualification in Health and Social Care through Lifetime Training.

Main Responsibilities
* Assist service users in leading active lives aligned with their wishes and care plans.
* Ensure safety and safeguard welfare, taking action against abuse.
* Provide emotional support with a person-centred approach.
* Help with social activities, managing finances, medication, practical tasks, personal care, hygiene, and healthcare.
* Act as an informal contact for family and social workers.
* Report issues related to care and support accurately.
* Follow health and safety regulations, ensuring the safety of others.
