Salary: £55,000 – £70,000 (DOE)

Oculus Legal Group are working with a highly regarded national firm seeking an enthusiastic and ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor to join their Cambridge team.
This position offers exposure to a wide range of real estate matters, working with varied clients across development, leasing, acquisitions, disposals and wider commercial property work. You’ll be joining a supportive team environment where guidance, collaboration and ongoing development are actively encouraged.
The Role
The role involves managing a busy and varied caseload while delivering a high standard of service. Key responsibilities include:
1. Providing clear and practical advice across a range of commercial property matters.
2. Taking responsibility for client relationships, including onboarding, progressing files, issuing invoices and following up when required.
