MC Technical Recruitment is currently looking to recruit a Plant Supervisor to work for a major Waste Management business with a site in Rainham, Essex.
Reporting to the Site manager you will work at 42.5 hour week team leading daily operations of road sweeping plant.
As a Plant Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
* Supervising the daily operations of teams operating Road Sweeping plant
* Ensure shift personnel perform duties efficiently
* Managing waste flows 7 traffic management systems
* Prepare & submit monthly reports
* Other duties as required
To be considered for this role you should have:
* Previous supervisory experience in an operational environment
* A waste management or industrial background
* Self-motivation with team leadership experience
* IOSH or other safety certification
* Full UK driving licence
