What you'll do Lead and manage a team responsible for ensuring accurate and timely safety data in systems regarding accidents, near misses, and investigations. Oversee the processing and tracking of licenses to ensure legal compliance. Collaborate with departments such as Crime and Security and Facilities Management to coordinate efforts and maintain data accuracy. Coach and support the team in accident reporting, investigations, and compliance with regulations like RIDDOR and Licencing Act 2003. Streamline processes, ensure customer service excellence, and provide safety alerts to leadership during significant incidents. Contribute to strategies for improving reporting and safety alerts within the organization. Who you are You are a dedicated and experienced professional with a strong background in reporting and project management. Experience in safety, licensing, and compliance is desirable. Your leadership skills, along with your ability to coach and support a team in challenging situations, enable you to ensure accurate safety incident reporting and licensing compliance. Your excellent communication and customer service skills help liaise effectively with internal stakeholders and external authorities. Your attention to detail, empathy, and project management capabilities drive continuous improvement in reporting systems and safety alerts, upholding high standards of operational excellence and team performance. Essential Criteria Experience managing a team, including coaching, workload prioritization, and ensuring compliance with legal and internal standards. Proven experience in coordinating and delivering projects, managing objectives, timelines, and improving reporting and data quality. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and managing administrative routines within databases. Experience delivering customer service excellence, resolving queries within service level agreements, and coaching others on communication and service standards.
