Key Responsibilities Participate in a structured 3-year rotational program, gaining hands-on experience in various departments. Work on real-world projects, contributing to the development and implementation of innovative engineering solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Engineering, Asset and Resource Management, Customer-Focused Departments, and Corporate/Strategic Functions. Attend training sessions and workshops to improve technical knowledge and leadership skills. Prepare and present progress reports to senior leaders on project outcomes. Find opportunities for process improvements and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Skills, Knowledge & Expertise Recent graduate with a degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
