Service Advisor – Automotive Aftersales
Location: Maidstone, Kent

The Details
* Basic Salary: £32,000 per annum
* Expected Earnings: £34,000 (Based on 17 Saturdays per year)
* Core Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 18:00
* Working Week: 45 hours (plus 1-hour daily lunch break)
* Weekend Rota: 1 in 3 Saturdays (08:00 – 13:00)

Your Responsibilities
As a Service Advisor, you are the vital link between our customers and the workshop:
* Acting as the primary point of contact for service, maintenance, and repair bookings.
* Managing the customer journey from initial check-in to final vehicle handover.
* Translating technical workshop findings into clear, jargon-free advice for customers.
* Maximizing revenue through the proactive recommendation of essential parts and services (Upsell).
* Liaising with Technicians and Parts departments to provide accurate timing and cost updates.
What We Need
* Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role (Automotive or high-end Retail preferred).
* Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills and a professional, welcoming manner.
* Drive: A results-oriented mindset with the ability to meet upsell and performance targets.
* Organization: Strong administrative skills and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
* Location: Based in or within a reasonable commuting distance of Maidstone.
