Our client is looking for a Disrepair Surveyor to be based in North Wales.
This role is working for a local authority.
You will be tasked with undertaking disrepair surveys on residential properties across the borough and produce detailed reports for remediation works.
Pay is 33 per hour - 37hrs per week.
