An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Centre Manager to lead the launch of a new flagship healthcare centre in Bradford for a well-established organisation with a strong and successful presence across the South of England.
This site will be the organisation’s northern hub, specialising in imaging, and will play a key role in the next phase of their national growth. This is a confidential appointment and full details will be shared at shortlist stage.
The Role
You will take full ownership of establishing and running the Bradford service from the ground up, including:
* Leading the full set-up of a new healthcare site
* Developing and implementing policies, procedures and clinical pathways
* Establishing strong governance, quality and risk frameworks
* Managing CQC registration and regulatory readiness
* Leading recruitment and workforce planning for the new centre
* Ordering, commissioning and overseeing clinical and imaging equipment
* Building and managing a high-performing multidisciplinary team
* Working closely with Business Development to grow the organisation’s presence in the North
* Positioning the site as the flagship centre for the region
The Person
We are looking for a senior operational leader who has:
* Proven experience setting up and running a new healthcare service or clinical site
* Strong knowledge of imaging and outpatient/private care pathways
* Hands-on experience with CQC registration and compliance
* A strong background in governance, quality, and service development
* Excellent leadership, communication and project management skills
* The confidence to operate at a senior level within a growing organisation
* Experience and understanding of patient pathways within Imaging
