Job Type: Minimum 20 hours per week (More if desired)

Hourly Rate: From £13 P/H + Tips (DOE)

Position Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and motivated Sous Chef/Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team and work closely alongside our experienced Head Chef. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in a creative, fast-paced environment, contributing to the preparation and service of high-quality dishes across our menu.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen.
* Prepare and cook dishes to a consistently high standard.
* Assist with menu development and bring creativity to daily specials.
* Ensure food is stored, prepared, and served in line with food safety and hygiene regulations.
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen.
* Manage stock rotation and assist with ordering when required.
* Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
About You:
* Previous experience in a professional kitchen is essential.
* A strong passion for food and attention to detail.
* Ability to thrive in a busy environment while maintaining quality and consistency.
* A team player with a willingness to learn and contribute ideas.
