Responsibilities
* Work alongside the Clinical Lead to manage and hold 24-hour responsibility for the provision of clinical care on a ward.
* To coordinate and make effective use of staff, supervise staff and ensure training is maintained.
* To ensure adequate staffing levels and provide clinical leadership for staff.
* To ensure cost-effective use of resources.
