A leading UK law firm is seeking a talented Employment Solicitor with 3–6 years’ PQE to join its highly regarded Employment team in London.
The Role
You will manage a diverse caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including:
* Advising on misconduct, grievances, and sickness absence
* TUPE advice and drafting
* Employment Tribunal litigation (including advocacy where required)
* Settlement Agreements for employers and employees
* Industrial relations and strike action
* Restructures and due diligence on projects with a people aspect
The role also offers opportunities to deliver client training, support partners on complex matters, and contribute to business development initiatives.
About You
* Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 3–6 years’ PQE in Employment Law
* Strong technical ability and commercial awareness
* Excellent communication skills and ability to manage client relationships
* Highly organised with attention to detail and resilience under pressure
Desirable: Knowledge of pensions law, social housing, data protection, and experience conducting investigations.
